Abel Engineering Fabrications Limited manufacture Stairs, Access Ladders, Walkways and Platforms in accordance with the current British Standards and are specifically designed to comply with Health & Safety requirements.

Stairs are manufactured in typically mild steel and surface finishes in blasted primed steel as well as galvanising, or both.

Examples of our work have included a 10000mm high by 2200mm industrial galvanised finish and incorporated a 6000mm by 1100mm walkway and  roof access stair. All stairs include associated balustrade to specification. Other work at this location included Access Platforms and Walkways. This was work carried out at Shinetsu-Handotai Europe, Livingston, Scotland

Further examples have combined mild steel, stainless steel and glass to provide an extremely high specified finish to our Client, who was Pillar Properties at The Omni Cente, Edinburgh.

Prestigious Clients have included The Royal Bank of Scotland based in Edinburgh. Feature steel stairs were designed, fabricated and installed at The Younger Building in Edinburgh.This also included Architectural Balustrade incorporating hardwood timber rails. Other work at this location included Feature steelwork and Atrium Balustrade.
